The cottage is a listed traditional stone and harl building, which forms part of the farm steading with a small garden and car parking area. The ground floor has an open plan entrance, kitchen and spiral stair, with doors into the lounge and bathroom
There is a good-sized lounge with colour television & video player. It has a beamed ceiling and large window looking out over Ben Lawers. The double sofa converts into a bed. Spiral stairs lead up to a landing, where a single chair bed is situated and can be moved to suit, there is a door to the bedroom, which has a double and single bed, it has a low coomb ceiling, and care must be taken.
Heating is electric heaters. The bathroom has a bath fitted with an electric shower.
The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. Water is supplied from a private source. Bed linen and towels are provided. Unrestricted Wi-Fi is available. Entry is 3pm Saturday or by arrangement. We have a no smoking policy in both cottages
Being a working farm pets may only be brought by prior arrangement.
